- Struggling to connect with your baby, especially after a rocky start to your parenting journey
- Feeling overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted
- Worry and anxiety
- Low self-esteem, feeling not good enough
- Long-standing anxiety or depression that may have started before you had a baby
- OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder)
- Intrusive thoughts, such as fears of accidentally harming your baby, contamination concerns, and other distressing images
